In case of a predisposition to obesity, digestive complaints (feeling full, bloating, constipation), or a sedentary lifestyle this tea is recommended as part of daily fluid intake. Összetevők: Yerba Mate (Ilex paraguariensis) leaf, peppermint (Mentha x piperita) leaf, lemon balm (Melissa officinalis) leaf, dandelion (Taraxacum officinale) leaf, cinnamon (Cinnamomum zeylanicum) grind, urcumin (Curcumin longa) grind, cardamom (Elettaria cardamomum) fruit meal, fennel (Foeniculum vulgare) crop, anise (Pimpinella anisum) crop, ginger (Zingiber officinale) grind. The tea does not contain caffeine and artificial sweetener.

 

Warning: It is not recommended for those sensitive to the essential oils of umbellate and cinnamon! In order to maintain an effective slimming diet, make sure you follow a proper diet and exercise regularly!

Directions for use:

Daily 1-2 cup of tea, after a meal (to boost metabolism) or regardless of eating (to support weight control), at any part of the day, preferably consume it with small sips. It is enjoyable to consume without flavoring.

Continuous, long-term consumption is recommended.

 

Preparation: Add 2-3 dl of boiling water
