RECOMMENDED CONSUMPTION: Dissolve the recommended daily dose (1 measuring spoon/11.5 g) of drink powder in 2.5-3.5 dl of cold water with thorough mixing and consume preferably after a meal. We recommend continuous consumption for 2-3 months, then take a 2-week break!

INGREDIENTS: hydrolyzed collagen extract (of bovine origin), inulin, Glucosamine sulfate, acidity regulator (citric acid), flavors, L-ascorbic acid, anti-caking agent (tricalcium phosphate), methylsulfonylmethane (MSM), sodium hyaluronate, chondroitin sulfate, dye (beet red), sweeteners (steviol glycosides, sucralose), table salt, hydrolyzed collagen extract (chicken origin).
