RECOMMENDED CONSUMPTION: Dissolve the recommended daily dose (1 measuring spoon/12 g) of drink powder in 2.5-3.5 dl of cold water with thorough mixing and consume it preferably after a meal. We recommend continuous consumption for 2-3 months, then take a 2-week break!
