Gluten free pancake without compromise, easy and quick. There is no need to give up the favorite dessert of those who are on a dietary diet. Our pancake mix offers a comparable look and taste for the classic thin dough pancake.  Wheat flour is replaced by gluten free tapioca starch and bamboo fiber, while the pleasant taste is guaranteed by coconut flour and a pinch of erythritol.

Ingredients for 5 pcs:

• 100 g GLUTEN FREE Pancake flour mix

• 1 pc medium egg

• 1 tbs coconut oil

• a pinch of Salt (Benefitt Himalayan Salt)

• 220 ml lukewarm water

 

Suggestions: Mix the ingredients with an eggbeater, then let the batter rest for a few minutes. Preheat the pan with a little oil then bake the mixture until the pancake is golden brown on both sides. Season it with fillings and toppings and enjoy it.
