Gluten free bread flour mixture without compromises. Simple, bread baking at home. Tasteful reform food. Contains slowly absorbing carbohydrates (millet flour, Tapioca starch) and fibers (psyllium husk, bamboo fiber).

Ingredients for 4 pcs:

·        200g GLUTEN FREE Bread flour mix

·        4g Salt (BENEFITT Himalayan Salt)

·        4g baking powder/ 3,5g dried yeast

·        1-2 tbs. olive oil

·        180 ml lukewarm water

 

Preparation instructions: Add the olive oil, dried yeast and lukewarm water to the weighed flour mixture and after thorough kneading let it rest in a covered bowl for 10 minutes at room temperature.  Shape 4 same sized bread with oily hands and make some incisions on top with a knife and place in a baking sheet covered with baking paper. Preheat the oven to 220 degrees C, then turn it down to 180 degrees C and insert the baking tray and use the steam function for the first ten minutes of baking (or place hot water under the baking tray in a heat-resistant pan). After baking for 10 minutes, turn off the steam function, or carefully remove the hot water pan and then insert small holes into bread with a knife to allow the hot steam to escape. Leave the oven at 180 degrees for another 45 minutes, finally set it to 210 degrees C for 10 minutes so that the crusts of the small loaves turn golden brown. If you apply olive oil onto the loaves before the last 10 minutes, it will get an even nicer color.

The given baking times are only indicative.

 

For bigger bread (200 g GLUTEN FREE Bread flour mix) and a more pleasant taste and better texture use dried yeast and increase baking time!
