Recommended consumption: 2x1 capsule per day. Take without chewing with a glass of water before main meals (for a lunch or dinner).

IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR LACTOSE INTOLERANTS:
The lactase* enzyme content (400 FFCU) of the daily dose (2 capsules) promotes the digestion of the lactose (milk sugar) content of approximately 20 ml of milk, therefore the preparation is recommended for foods containing milk and milk products only as flavoring.
WARNING: In the case of foods based on milk and milk products, it may be necessary to take extra lactase enzyme for those who are sensitive to it.
