Taking this dietary supplement is recommended in case of inappropriate dietetic habits and inactive lifestyle.

Ingredients/capsule:
Senna leaf (Cassia senna) 7-8:1 extract, gelatine, filler material: microcrystalline cellulose, excipients that prevent aggregation: magnesium-stearate, talc, colloidal silicone dioxide, colourant: titanium-dioxide.

Senna leaf extract: 150.00 mg
From this: 9 mg sennoside-B
150 mg extract found in 1 capsule is identical with 1125 mg senna leaf grist.

Recommended intake: take 1 capsule daily if necessary. Take it after your evening meal before bedtime and swallow it without chewing but with some fluid. It takes effect in the morning of the next day. It should only be taken continuously for a maximum of one week.

Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Taking this dietary supplement does not substitute balanced and mixed diet and healthy lifestyle.
Taking this dietary supplement is contraindicated for children under the age of 12. Do not take this preparation for more than 1 week continuously. Pregnant and breast-feeding women should not use this preparation.
