 250 mg valerian (Valerian officinalis) extract; gelatin; Filling material: microcrystalline cellulose; excipients which prevent aggregation: talc, fatty acids magnesium stearate, colloid-silicone-dioxide; colorant: titanium dioxide.

 

Active agents/ daily portion (1 capsule):

250 mg Valerian extract

    : 1 mg valeric acid           

 

Suggestions:

Take 1 capsule daily with liquid, swallow it without chewing. Take it 30 minutes before bedtime to promote restful sleeping.
