Common hop has been used from ancient times to decrease tension and stress, enhancing digestion, flavouring food and drink. It has also been used as a preservative. The hop cone gives the beer its characteristic bitter taste. Volatile oils, flavonoids and bitter acids are responsible for the calming effect. The hop extract contributes to optimal relaxation, normal emotional state, refreshing sleep and it helps maintaining spiritual balance. The vitamin B complex – found in the capsules – supports normal functions of the nervous system and the heart.

Ingredients/capsule:

150 mg inactive beer-yeast, filler material: microcrystalline cellulose, gelatine, 60 mg hop cone (Lupuli flos) 4:8 extract, nicotinamid, magnesium-stearate, talcum powder, colloid silicon-dioxyde ( excipients which prevent aggregation ), colourant: titanium-dioxyde, piridoxin-hydrochloride, riboflavin, tiamin-monohydrate, cobalamin.

Vitamin B1 (Tiamin): 1,1 mg

Vitamin B2 (Riboflavin): 1,4 mg

Vitamin B12 (Cobalamin): 2,5 µg

 

Recommended intake:

In case of tension or stressful situation, take one capsule 20-30 minutes before going to bed and swallow it without chewing. It does not have sedative effect and does not cause dependency.
