The naturally Gluten free millet seed flakes are a deservedly popular ingredient in reform cookery. It can be used widely: muesli, porridge, cakes, puddings, sweet and salts stuffing, vegan meat, pancake and many more healthy delicacies.

 

Application: short cooking time is recommended for making morning porridges, but it swells easily in hot milk / milk replacement drinks even without cooking. It is ideal for enriching flour mixtures, loosening dough for cakes, thickening soups or making vegan cakes thanks to its swelling ability.
